This website is operated by Aesthetic Esque Investment CC (registration CC/2025/08807), Old Hospital Street, Karasburg, Namibia. By using our store, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in Namibian dollars (N$) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount paid.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayToday/PayGate. We do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised.
4. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Namibia. Delivery times vary by location and product — including products drop-shipped directly from our suppliers — and estimated timelines are shown at checkout where available.
5. Returns & refunds

6. Accounts
You do not need an account to shop or check out. Creating an account is only required for saving a wishlist and leaving product reviews. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
7. Other services
Beyond the storefront, we also offer IT sales & repairs, networking, CCTV, graphic design and photography services. These may be governed by a separate quote or service agreement provided at the time of booking.
